Steps for Professional Development
The steps to becoming a Team Leader are guided by principles of excellence, integrity, and teamwork -- listening to, learning from, and leveraging the experiences and systems of Senior Coaches of consumer-provider-distributor partnerships. In Eight Foundation Seminars at YTBN CommUniversity, participants will learn how to: 1-Greet, 2-Qualify, 3-Invite, 4-Present, 5-Facilitate, 6-Sponsor, 7-Train, and 8-Coach business partners in working together toward long-term financial security.
To assess the effectiveness of this educational program for re-producing it on the 8-City Enriching Your Life Tour, YTBN's Emerging Leaders will convene 8-seminars on Saturdays, YTBN CommUniversity @ Mt Peace (time to be announced), beginning July 18th.
